Music at the House is an annual contemporary music program presented by Sydney Opera House. Each year the program encompasses an incredible roster of national and international acts, plus its centrepiece Festival, Vivid LIVE from May 25 - June 3.
The remit of some of the world's most prestigious music venues has changed radically over the past decade as musical tastes and ambitions have continued to diversify. Here at Sydney Opera House, however, openness to all forms of music has been a part of the buildings spirit since its earliest days. Although grounded in fine music and the work of our resident companies, our annual program has always welcomed the finest jazz, world, rock, pop and electronic artists to our stages.
