MEET SIMON SANDALL
Head Chef for Opera Point Events, Simon brings his 5- star inspired menu to his busy events kitchen.
Simon's main influence has been French and modern Australian cuisine and a passion for sourcing the finest seasonal produce. Having worked for Matt Moran since December 1999 as Head Chef at ARIA Restaurant, Simon made the move to large events with Opera Point Events in 2006.
