Guillaume at Bennelong Restaurant
One of Australia's most popular and celebrated chefs, Guillaume Brahimi took over Sydney Opera House's flagship restaurant, Bennelong, in late 2001.

Located in the southern sail of Sydney Opera House, Guillaume at Bennelong offers contemporary Australian cuisine with a classical French influence and has a range of dining choices including intimate booth seating, a secluded private dining table, or tapas at the bar overlooking the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Guillaume at Bennelong showcases the best of Australian food and wine, in one of Sydney’s most striking dining spaces, open for pre-theatre, dinner and post performance supper. Guillaume at Bennelong continues to receive acclaim both nationally and internationally.

Open Tuesday to Saturday for Dinner and Pre-Theatre dining; Thursday and Friday for Lunch.

Guillaume at Bennelong is offering drinks and canapés on arrival, followed by a seven course degustation menu with matching wines.
Guests will view the 9 pm and midnight fireworks from the private Bennelong Balcony, one of the most iconic locations in Sydney.
The cost of the NYE event is $1000 per person.
